Shia LaBeouf Arrested in New York City

Shia LaBeouf, star of the popular movie Transformers, was arrested earlier this month in New York City after being drunk and disruptive in a nearby New York Studio 54 theater. According to witnesses, Shia lit a cigarette while in the building, disrupting the show that was going on during the first act. Then, he started yelling loudly at the actors on the stage and was eventually escorted out of the theater by a police officer. While he was being escorted, he was yelling obscenities and eventually ended up spitting in the direction of the officer when he was taken to the police station. Shia was held overnight and released the next morning. 

Many witnesses were convinced he was working on a role, since his latest performance art exhibit included him apologizing for disturbances like these. Recently, we have learned that Shia LaBeouf has made the decision to treat his alcohol addiction and was even seen walking around the city with an Alcoholics Anonymous book in hand. Hopefully Shia gets the help he needs and successfully improves his health so he can focus on his career and future.
